You have heard this 50 times before, but we will say it again. 2020 has been a year which we will never forget. A lot has been spoken about this year. Some very harsh words have been said. People are desperate for the turn of the new year. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have some good ol’ marketing fun.
Twitter used Twitter (so meta) and asked users to describe 2020 in one word, and brands joined the party, answering with words which were relevant to their own brands and also aptly described this year.
