Panasonic India is a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation who is a worldwide leader in the development of diverse electronics technologies and solutions for customers in the consumer electronics, housing, automotive, and B2B businesses., The brand has been promoting its MirAIe platform with a series of videos that showcase its unique features.

Miraie is an IoT (Internet of Things) platform designed by Panasonic that allows the consumers to connect their Miraie-enabled products to the app. The Internet of Things is a term used to describe objects that are embedded with technologies that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the internet. 

With Miraie, Panasonic has brought an era of connected living for users. The platform along with enabled products provides total control and seamless connectivity across devices, simplifying the lives of users by connecting all the appliances to one app. 

“’Mirai’ meaning ‘future’ and ‘ie’ meaning ‘home’ in Japanese, the platform enables remote connectivity of all the Panasonic product ranges via Wi-Fi. Everything from electrical switches to fans, smart televisions to air conditioners and doorbells, and even home appliances like refrigerators and washing machines can be controlled via the app. The appliances also have a voice control feature compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, which gives users the ability to give commands without lifting a finger, making living truly effortless.

For example, someone using a Miraie enabled washing machine can get expert wash recommendations based on the weather, type of fabric, and level of dirt on the app. The washing machine can be remotely turned on or off with a single tap.

The same is demonstrated in a humorous ad film featuring a modern-day couple that finds relatability among its target audience.
