Manyavar Makes A Case For Dressing Up For Baraats In A Pumpy Campaign Featuring Ranveer Singh

Being a men’s celebration wear brand, Manyavar has always taken the responsibility of dressing up grooms in exquisite sherwanis, Indo-western sets and kurtas to cover them for all the wedding functions.

However, this wedding season, Manyavar wants the baraatis to arrive in style too. With this thought in mind, the ethnicwear brand has launched the ‘Taiyaar Hokar Aaiye’ campaign, for what’s a celebration without all the attendees being dressed up as well?

For the campaign, the brand has composed a catchy jingle that captures the celebratory mood of shaadi season. Brand ambassador Ranveer Singh takes centrestage in two campaign films, bringing the thought ‘Shaadi hai, Taiyaar Hokar Aaiye’ to life with his charisma and charming personality.

The first film focuses on the groom, where people look at him and say ‘Manyavar Aa Gaya’, while the second film focuses on pushing threads for enthusiastic baraatis attending the wedding.

To spread the message of the campaign, Manyavar has also created a challenge that has been taken up by a number of influencers on social media. Using the special soundtrack crafted for the campaign by Mayur Jumani, Manyavar invites people to #DoTheManyavarMove with a hook step.

Popular personalities such as Siddharth Batra and Sunny Kaushal have taken up the challenge, all decked out in Manyavar’s range of clothes for grooms, groomsmen and guests.

The idea of getting dressed up for a wedding, ‘Taiyaar Hokar Aaiye’, is at the heart of the entire campaign, as the brand preps both the dulha as well as the baraatis for the festivities, encouraging everybody in attendance to partake in the celebration by doing The Manyavar Move to welcome the groom.
