Here Are The Best Friendship Day Campaigns Of 2022

From friendship bands in school to growing older and doing almost everything together, Friendship Day celebrates our most unique relationships.

Every friendship is special and has the power to surpass barriers of age, gender, and all the stereotypes out there.

The most beautiful bonds are borne out of unexpected circumstances. A myriad of brands release campaigns centered around this theme every year, but only a handful are able to rouse emotions and make an impact.

Here are some of the campaigns we think truly made a mark in 2022:

  1. Domino’s Pizza | The Last Slice

The last slice of pizza is notorious for starting wars. The campaign repositioned ‘the last slice’ as an enabler of new friendships in an innovate way.

  1. Amazon miniTV | Case Toh Banta Hai

With an all-round campaign ranging from celebrity announcements, to brand engagement, to hilarious memes, Amazon miniTV got everyone buzzing about Case Toh Banta Hai.

  1. CEAT & Royal Enfield | Karo Safety Se Dosti

Some ways to convey love and concern without actually saying the words are through simple gestures. CEAT and Royal Enfield took their oath of safety and weaved it into a beautiful campaign based on friendship.

  1. Swiggy | Roast Your Dost

Are you even friends if you don’t roast each other? Swiggy, just like us, doesn’t pass up any opportunity for banter, and this year they’re giving some of our best buds ‘badges’ they deserve.

5. Sony Pictures Networks India | Bonds That Go Beyond

Sony Pictures Networks India celebrated its network of channels and showcased how each of them serve a unique and special purpose, from entertainment to sports.

6. Archies | Harr Rishtey Mei Dosti

Archies’ campaign is targeting the age barriers in friendship, and throwing light on the fact that if there’s love, trust, and happiness in the relationship, it doesn’t matter if you are peers or parents. You are friends nonetheless.

7. Gillette Venus | Drop Your Inhibitions

Venus’ campaign celebrates the bond between girlfriends, urging them to take the leap of faith and ditch their inhibitions. Basically, your best friend knows best!

Which one was your favourite?
