ENTRY GUIDELINES
nomination form
Multiple Nominations
You can nominate a brand and/or agency under various award categories. There are more than 100 categories to choose from.
The same campaign can be nominated in multiple categories. You can also make multiple nominations within the same category as well.
The Form
The nomination form is short, simple and quick. You will be asked to upload a PDF document containing your campaign details.

Applicant Details
Under Applicant Details, please mention details of the SPOC with whom all award related communication will be done e.g. confirmation, announcements etc.
Invoicing Details
The details that you enter here will be used to raise an invoice for your entries. Please ensure these are correct.
If you raise multiple entries, you will get one consolidated invoice for all entries combined.
Trophy Delivery
In the nomination form, you will be asked to enter the address to which the trophy should be delivered. Please enter the accurate address so the trophy gets delivered to you seamlessly.
Nomination PDF
No Preset Requirement
There is no template or pre-requisite for what your nomination should or should not have. Each campaign is unique, and hence we have particularly kept this flexible, open to your discretion of what your nomination should contain.
Format
Your nomination can simply be a text based document, a video, a presentation, or a story board. The choice is yours.
If your nomination is a document/presentation/storyboard, you can simply convert it into a PDF file and upload it.
If your nomination is in a video case study format, you can simply add the link to the video in a PDF file and upload it.
Assets
Do not share WeTransfer or Google Drive links. For any image or video references, please share them either in the PDF itself, or as a social media link. For videos which are not public, you can also use an unlisted YouTube link.

Payment Page
After submitting the nomination form, you can go to the payment page, where you can finish the nomination process.
Multiple Entries, Single Payment
In the payment page you can select the number of nominations you have filled and complete the payment in one go itself.
For eg. If you have filled 10 nominations, please select ‘10’ in the payments page. The cart value will adjust accordingly.
Company Name
Company Name in the payments page should match the Company Name in the nomination forms. This will allow us to match the nominations with the payment received.

Nominations are valid only after payments are received.
important points
Fees
The Nomination Fee is INR 15,000 + GST per entry
Nomination fees are non-refundable.
Nominations without payments are deemed to be incomplete.
In cases of 5 nominations filed, and payments made for 3, only the first 3 nominations will be considered as per the time stamp.
Nominations
Nomination Form once submitted, cannot be edited.
Attachment size should be less than 10mb.
By nominating your work, you permit Mad Over Marketing to use the material on their social media pages and website.
It is implied that you have the right to grant Mad Over Marketing aforementioned permission.
Results
Jury’s decision is final and binding.
Jury may choose to declare no winners in a category depending on the quality of work submitted.
