Creativity

These are categories which showcase a brand’s full range of creativity and celebrates content across intriguing thematics like moment marketing, social causes, video content and copywriting among others.

Did you capture a topical moment and leverage it by integrating your brand in a social media post? This is awarded to the best moment marketing post on social media.

Did you capture an occasion like Diwali, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas by integrating your brand in a social media post or campaign? This is awarded to the best occasion themed post or campaign on social media.

Social media is a powerful tool and can create a big impact when its power is harnessed to do something good for the society. If you used social media to create a positive impact on people, this is for you.

It sounds simple, but making someone laugh is often a very difficult thing to do. In fact, there is nothing that users find more entertaining than content which can make them laugh. If your campaign tickled that funny bone, this is for you.

Video format continues to grow and how. It’s a fine skill to retain the audience attention and delight with story-telling. This is awarded to the best video content (>30 seconds). It can be an advertisement, a brand film, brand integrated content, you name it!

We are looking to award the best short video content (<30 sec). It can be powerful, or funny, or a creative short brand film – anything. We’re excited about this one!

Who doesn’t love some good banter between brands on Twitter? This will be awarded to the best twitter conversation initiated by a brand.

Out of home billboards have gotten digital and gotten oh-so-creative. From anamorphic 3D billboards to genius copywriting, this will be awarded to the best use of digital OOH by a brand.

Some of the best social media posts never see the light of day. The reasons can be many, but the creativity deserves to be applauded. If you think you had a stellar social media post which couldn’t go live for any reason, this is for you. Please ensure you have express approval of all necessary stakeholders to submit this entry, since we will be featuring the winners and the post creatives will be made public.

These categories cover the most active and popular type of campaigns witnessed in 2022, ranging from campaigns created in the Metaverse, for Sporting events, and for MSMEs among others.

In 2022, both the IPL and the FIFA WC were massive moments for not just the sporting world but also the advertising world! This will be awarded to the best sports related campaign, and it goes beyond the above two events as well.

2022 was a year where many social causes found a voice and a platform. This is awarded to the campaign which created awareness for a social cause in the most impactful way.

Web Series marketing became huge in 2022. This is awarded to the best social media campaign which promoted a web series.

In 2022, movies turned to social media for marketing like never before. This is awarded to the best movie promotion on social media.

Facing competition from OTT players, TV Shows are now looking beyond television, print and outdoor to promote themselves. This is awarded to the best promotion of a TV show on social media.

This is awarded to the brand which used social media successfully to create buzz about a new product or service, while achieving desired results. It includes both launch and relaunch.

This will be awarded to the brand which used social media to generate sales in the most impactful way.

Metaverse was the hot new flavour of 2022! From deep engagement to powerful demonstrations, metaverse had various use cases for brands and agencies. This will be awarded to the best campaign set in metaverse, entirely or partially.

Personalization and localizing have been great tools for brands to meaningfully connect with regional audiences. This will be awarded to the best regional campaign.

Corporates have used their resources, creativity and initiative to meet and go beyond their social responsibilities. This will be awarded to the best CSR campaign by an organization.

With the pandemic forcing most businesses to adopt a digital way of working, various brands offered services to make this transition easy for MSMEs. This will be awarded to the best campaign targeting MSMEs. 

People and Community

At the end of the day, social media is about real people. It consists of general users, influencers and celebrities. These categories celebrate campaigns which leveraged this community in the best way possible.

It’s difficult to get this right. But when you do, the impact can be very meaningful. This is awarded to the campaign which featured a celebrity in the most creative and innovative fashion.

These categories identify the best work done using specific features and formats, ranging from reels to AI to memes.

Technology, specifically AI, has powered many incredible activations, initiatives and campaigns by brands in 2022. This will be awarded to the campaign which best leveraged AI to maximise impact.
