The pandemic truly brought out a baker in so many of us. From learning baking for the first time, to mastering the art with complex recipes, we have all come across someone who took up the opportunity to delve into baking. This reflected the country’s enthusiasm for baking and their love for cakes. Keeping in mind this consumer insight, ITC launched Sunfeast Caker in three formats including a first in the category, ‘Trinity’, reimagined bakery choco Swiss Roll and Layer Cakes.
No Baking Day
In a fresh approach towards the brand launch, Sunfeast Caker took the onus to observe The No Baking Day on 20th November, 2020. The day is a celebration of all bakers across the country who have been baking fresh, delightful sweet treats. The brand collaborated with popular Bakers such as Shivesh Bhatia, Chef Kirti Bhoutika, Ritika Jaiswal, Hina Gujral, Pooja Khanna and Sneha Singhi among many others in the community who took an off from baking for a day and sat back, relaxed and enjoyed their day snacking on Sunfeast Caker.

It’s a quintessential characteristic of people who savour and indulge in cakes across moments of consumption.
Keeping with the spirit of celebrating the Bakers in our country, the day allowed these hearty chefs to relax and enjoy the Cakers within them.
The product promises to be a delightful indulgence with its choco drizzle texture, and the No Baking Day looks like a day to remember and celebrate for years to come within the baker community.
