Karthik is the Chief Content Officer for Wavemaker. Prior to this, he set up the social media practice for GroupM India and also led the digital insights agenda.
Before joining GroupM, Karthik was the Country Head for Nielsen’s online division and also for NM Incite – the joint venture between Nielsen and McKinsey. Karthik is a visiting faculty in many prestigious B-schools across India and a board member at I-COM (The premier global forum for marketing data & measurement).
When he is not on his day job, he is a screenwriter and host of “The Filter Koffee podcast”.
Karthik has also been ranked a Power Profile (most-viewed) on LinkedIn for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and a Top Voice on LinkedIn in 2020.
In the Ogilvy Group since 1993, Sumanto has built brands like Dove, Pond’s and StarPlus, successfully relaunched UTI Bank as Axis Bank and helped launch brands like ProKabaddi, Maharashtra Tourism and The Economist in India. This, while helping build the Mumbai, Kolkata and Colombo offices of Ogilvy.
Sumanto has won international and national advertising awards year after year at Cannes, the Clios, the OneShow, the London Festival, the Abbies, Kyoorius and AMEs. Named the Creative Professional of the Year, 2008, at the Asian Brand Congress, he was also ranked tenth amongst advertising creative people in Asia by Media magazine in 2007 and 4th in India by Campaign Brief Asia in 2008. The much acclaimed ‘Nayi Soch’ campaign for Star Plus won the Grand Effie at Effies 2018. And 82.5’s Bisleri ‘Camels’ repeated the feat in 2020.

Deepika Warrier leads the Marketing function at Diageo India (United Spirits Ltd). As Chief Marketing Office, Deepika oversees marketing and innovation for Diageo India’s wide range of award-winning alcohol and beverage portfolio. An experienced marketer known for her consumer centric and transformational approach, she has an outstanding track record of over 25 years in building brands and driving double digit growth.
Prior to joining Diageo, she spent 20 years with PepsiCo, where she held key positions, including that of the MD & CEO at NourishCo Beverages ( 50-50 TGBL-Pepsico JV) , Vice-President – Nutrition Category for PepsiCo India as well as PepsiCo AMENA (Asia, Middle East and North Africa), based out of Dubai and as the CMO for PepsiCo India, where she handled a portfolio of 22 iconic brands including Lay’s, Kurkure, Quaker Oats, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, 7Up, Mirinda, Gatorade, Tropicana and Slice Juices and juice drinks.
Prior to PepsiCo, Deepika worked in companies like, Gillette, Ogilvy & Mather and Britannia Industries. Deepika is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and Lady Shriram College, Delhi University.
Neha Ahuja is the Head of Marketing for India at Spotify, and responsible for the overall Marketing and Consumer Communication Strategy for India. She is instrumental in designing and delivering all tent pole Consumer Campaigns from launch to now. She leads a team that’s responsible for User lifecycle management, Consumer Communication , Business Marketing and Partnerships.
Neha started her career in Procter & Gamble, where she spent over a decade in various roles leading business across multiple categories such as Oral care, Grooming and Health Care Neha was also instrumental in setting up the Influencer Marketing channel for P&G in India that became a core marketing channel for many of its brands.
Post her FMCG experience, Neha moved to the Telecom sector. She led Marketing and Brand Partnerships at Vodafone for over 3 years. She was instrumental in bringing to life many Vodafone brand campaigns leveraging its key brand assets such as the ZooZoos. Neha was the project lead for setting up the Social Media Command Centre at the Vodafone premises, that led to many Real-time marketing campaigns for Vodafone during IPL.
Shreya heads Marketing & Strategic Initiatives for PUMA India. She joined PUMA in 2019. Prior to this, Shreya worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. She holds an MBA in marketing from IIM Lucknow, and an undergraduate degree in Literature from Lady Shri Ram College. A hardcore sneakerhead, Shreya owns over 100 pairs of shoes across silhouettes and colourways.
