You can nominate a brand and/or agency under various award categories. Please ensure all supporting requirements like links/images/videos are provided.
You need to fill separate nomination forms for submitting nominations in multiple award categories. The nomination form is short, simple and quick. You will be asked to upload a PDF document containing your campaign details. This does not have a set template and is completely up to your discretion.
Under Applicant Details, please mention details of the SPOC with whom all award related communication will be done e.g. confirmation, announcements etc.
Under Invoicing Details, please mention details against which the invoice will be raised and sent to you.

Fees
You can now head to the payment page, where you can finish the nomination process. Here you can select the number of nominations you have filled and complete the payment in one go itself. For eg. If you have filled 5 nominations, please select ‘5’ in the payments page. The cart value will adjust accordingly.
Company Name in the payments page should match the Company Name in the nomination forms. This will allow us to match the nominations with the payment received.

Important
Points
- Nomination fees are non-refundable.
- Nomination Form once submitted, cannot be edited.
- Attachment size should be less than 10mb.
- Nominations without payments are deemed to be incomplete. In cases of 5 nominations filed, and payments made for 3, only the first 3 nominations will be considered as per the time stamp.
- By nominating your work, you permit Mad Over Marketing to use the material on their social media pages and website. It is implied that you have the right to grant Mad Over Marketing aforementioned permission.
- Jury’s decision is final and binding.
- Jury may choose to declare no winners in a category depending on the quality of work submitted.
