Sunfeast Dark Fantasy’s latest campaign is a breath of fresh air. It’s a unique anthem made for the youth, by the youth. Popular faces like Shruti Hassan and Ali Faizal come together with 50 other young citizens of the country to produce a fun music video, aimed at lifting everyone’s spirits during these trying times.
The music video re-emphasizes what we have all been discovering over the last couple of months. The fact that ‘a lot can happen inside‘. We never knew we could run large businesses staying at home, but here we are doing it with panache. We never knew social distancing would bring us closer to friends and family, but here we are video calling them every other weekend.
This is also a subtle reference to the much loved cookie itself, which has a chocolate filling inside and hence – ‘a lot can happen inside’. Clever!
This cheerful song encourages everyone to find their passions and rediscover themselves, and truly make the most of this unique time that everyone is at home. Check it out!
India is an exuberant country, brimming with countless possibilities and opportunities, and this is exactly what the campaign is urging all of us to discover. Expanding on the thought of ‘a lot can happen inside‘, the brand also reminds us that ‘a lot can happen if we look inside ourselves‘.
Another interesting thing about the campaign is that the video was shot indoors, by practising adequate social distancing. Yet, the video brings all 50 protagonists together as if they were in the same room having the time of their lives.
This video brings a smile to our faces every time we see it, and is exactly the ‘pick me up’ we needed this quarantine.
Talking about the experience, Shruti Haasan said, “I have used this time to explore new interests, learn new skills and bring out best of myself. It’s been a fun and delightful experience to be a part of this music video that I am sure will reach many youngsters and spread positivity amongst them. I’m glad to voice my thoughts out with Sunfeast Dark Fantasy”.
To this, Ali Fazal added: “It’s been a while since I did something exciting like this. The video truly captured the fun we all had even though we were shooting it virtually from home. I hope the video will help uplift spirits of the viewers as much as it did for us while putting this together”.
We loved the campaign thought and the crisp execution. How about you?
