Airtel Just Won #StarWarsDay With This Spontaneous Social Media Conversation!

It’s May the 4th everyone, and the day has everyone reminiscing about their favourite sci-fi movie – Star Wars! Yes, the internet has been flooded with wishes of “force”, but what caught our eye was when one particular brand jumped into a conversation with a user to solve his intergalactic woes. Which brand, you ask?

Enter Airtel.

Here’s what transpired :

Popular sports blogger Adrine D’mello, clearly wasn’t have a great day. First, Arsenal got kicked out of the Europa League (he’s a fan apparently as per his Twitter bio), and then he got stuck in this network mess :

Now usually, you and I would just let it pass. But Airtel sensed a brilliant opportunity and jumped right in!

Adrine was obviously pleasantly taken aback with this intervention from Airtel, and he put in a gentle yet not so subtle request.


Airtel continued to stick to character, and boy were they in the mood to play Yoda!


But alas, who believes in these false social media promises? Right? Wrong.
